Lumut is a coastal town located 84 kilometres from Ipoh and it takes one and a half hour drive on Jelapang-Lumut Expressway. A 20-minutes drive south of Lumut will bring you to one of the most popular beach Teluk Batik, the best spot for sea activities and family outings. Lumut is also serves as a getaway to Pangkor Island through its Lumut Jetty or the new Marina Island’s Jetty. Pangkor Island is one of the most famous Island holiday destinations in the country for its beautiful beaches. This island can be explored on foot or rented vehicles and it has spectacular view with turquoise waters, make it an ideal place for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing. The island has a wide selection of accommodations ranging from low budget to five star hotels and also a world renowned top luxury resort.
